Where does CoFANCY ship?

CoFANCY currently ships to the USA, Canada, the UK, France, Australia, Belgium, Italy, and 70 more countries. You may check the delivery time and delivery fee in the bulk below. If you can't find your country there, you may consult CoFANCY customer services via email: services@cofancy.cn or CoFANCY contact us page.

  • DELIVERY TIME : 10～25 Business Days
  • SHIPPING COST: $9.99 USD/order (Standard shipping is FREE when you spend $59 USD or more. ) 

When will my order shipped?

After you placed your order, CoFANCY will ship the item(s) in 24-48hrs (Orders placed after 12:00 am EST are processed the next business day). You will receive an order confirmation email when we process it. Then we will send them to the carrier, you will receive your tracking number, within 3-5 business days.  

What if I wait for longer than 25 business day?

CoFANCY provides a Money-Back Shipping Guarantee. CoFANCY promise you will receive your package in 10-25 business days, You will get $15 refund for the overdue.  *Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Our Money-Back terms and conditions can be found here.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address or zip code, please email services@cofancy.cn or leave a message on CoFANCY contact us page in 12 hours. We won't be able to rectify address or zip code more than 12 hours after your order has been placed. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make that change as well. Refunds aren't available on any orders that have failed to deliver based on a false address or zip code.  * CoFANCY is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or zip code.
